Abstract
El Bloqueo Naval es un medio tradicionalmente utilizado en el marco de los conflictos armados pero, sin embargo, carece de regulación convencional. La guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania ha puesto de relieve la importancia de esta institución, así como la relevancia estratégica de la región del Mar Negro. A lo largo de este trabajo, se realiza un estudio de la regulación internacional del bloqueo naval en el ámbito de los conflictos armados así como de su aplicación en la región del Mar Negro en el marco del conflicto ruso-ucraniano.
