Abstract

This book presents some techniques to trade goods and services abroad and introduce some key aspects of the external commerce policy of Spain from the point of view of the industry, producers and traders. The book includes the theoretical and practical revision of Incoterms and their influence in the payment systems. Additionally, the book provides examples of an exhaustive list of forms and formalities to trade across borders as contracts, bill of lading, transportation documents, certificates of origin, transportation insurance, among others.
