This End of Degree Project analyzes the planning, organization, and management of the inaugural show of Bottega Veneta 's Fall/Winter 2025 collection at Milan Fashion Week. The study explores key strategies in risk management, supplier relations and logistics, as well as the promotion of the event through influencers and digital media. It also details the incorporation of sustainable practices, which reinforce Bottega Veneta's identity in the luxury sector. The final evaluation of media impact, attendee feedback and success metrics provides practical guidance for organizing high-profile fashion events, highlighting how strategic positioning can consolidate brand image in the industry.
