La necesaria mejora en la reparación de las víctimas del delito de trata de seres humanos

Abstract

Human trafficking is one of the crimes with the greatest impact today. Organized crime networks have found in this crime a way to earn large sums of money, moving human beings, especially women, from poor areas to rich countries where they are exploited. This project analyzes this crime from three perspectives; firstly, the crime of trafficking in human beings; secondly, the reparation of victims of human trafficking today, the latter aspect that this work considers should be modified, helping victims achieve complete reparation for the damage. Finally, we will introduce the most relevant aspects of the Draft Law on Trafficking in Human Beings for the year 2022, approved by the Council of Ministers on March 8, 2024.
