dc.description.abstractTHIS FINAL DEGREE PROJECT AIMS TO AUTOMATE THE PROCESS OF APPLYING THE OARSI (OSTEOARTHRITIS RESEARCH SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL) SCALE TO DETERMINE THE DEGREE OF OSTEOARTHRITIS IN CARTILAGE SAMPLES IN MICROSCOPY IMAGES. TO THIS END, THREE PRE-TRAINED MODELS ARE USED AND EVALUATED TO SEE WHICH OF THEM IS THE MOST EFFICIENT FOR CLASSIFYING THE DIFFERENT DEGREES OF THE DISEASE.
