Abstract
The project addresses a common organizational challenge: the gap between market-required skills and employees¿ actual competencies. To solve this, a personalized training matrix was developed in Excel, enabling:
Definition and standardization of roles and competencies.
Identification of skill gaps.
Tailored training plans for each employee.
The methodology combines qualitative techniques (interviews, benchmarking, document analysis) with quantitative tools (a multiple regression model linking professional skills to training needs). The outcome is a practical tool that supports internal mobility, strategic talent planning, and alignment with business goals.
The conclusions underline that the matrix enhances operational efficiency, transparency in talent management, and employee motivation. However, limitations were found regarding subjectivity in managers¿ evaluations and technological constraints due to Excel¿s reduced scalability.
