Abstract
The concept of open innovation—the free flow of ideas and technologies across organizational boundaries—has become a cornerstone of modern entrepreneurship (Chesbrough, 2020). Corporate accelerators, incubators, and venture studios now serve as bridges between startups and established companies, fostering co-creation and rapid scaling. These collaborations exemplify the symbiotic relationship between entrepreneurship and corporate strategy in the tech-corporate ecosystem.
The development of a robust tech-corporate ecosystem requires not only technological capability but also supportive institutions, policies, and educational systems. Governments and international organizations play a crucial role in setting the regulatory tone for innovation—balancing competitiveness with protection of public interest (Cath et al., 2018; World Economic Forum, 2020; European Commission, 2021; OECD, 2023). Policy frameworks must encourage experimentation while safeguarding against monopolistic practices, data misuse, and social inequality.
In this sense, advocacy is not merely rhetorical; it represents a proactive stance toward shaping a future where technology, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance coalesce to promote prosperity, justice, and sustainability.
