APLICACIÓN DE IA Y ANÁLISIS DE DATOS PARA LA OPTIMIZACIÓN DEL RENDIMIENTO DEPORTIVO

Abstract

This TFG has as its main objective to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) and data analysis can be applied to optimize and transform how the criteria and the decisions can change in a top tier level club/team. In this Project I will abroad how this two tools can be involved in many different aspects of the game, for example the selection of the game plan and strategy to follow, the selection of the players which are going to play the most and how they can also affect the tactic decisions inside of the team, al lot of this with the main objective of maximizing the overall outcome and development of the results as a team. My main motivation that inspired me to get deeper in this topic was the film called ¿Moneyball¿ the reasons is that, this movie not only redefined the way data could influence in professional sports but also made me think about if it was possible to apply this into soccer, a sport that has been an important part of my life, both as a fan but also as a player, what really got me thinking how this could be used also with a business model focus
