CORPORATIVE CULTURE IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY: THE ROLE OF THE CLEFS D'OR

Abstract

The 69th Les Clefs d¿Or International Congress, held recently in Madrid, has opened a research field into the evolution of the luxurious hospitality industry and the growing need for a global network of professionals capable of addressing the demands of emerging tourism trends. This work addresses the different event types and explains the guidelines for ensuring an event to be successful. The different activities that were carried out during the congress, as well as the significant of Madrid and Spain as a strategic and symbolic location for hosting such an important international gathering are also explained.
