This study examines the feasibility of designing a dashboard to analyze key indicators for master’s program graduates in Spanish universities. The main goal was to identify, structure, and visualize metrics to uncover trends and patterns. Four phases guided the methodology: data collection and validation of 14 files with variables like gender, modality, branches, and regions; definition of generic KPIs to outline broad metrics on graduates by type of university and location; creation of specific KPIs for in- depth analysis and chart configuration; and defining the steps to set up an interactive Power BI dashboard. Conclusions emphasize Power BI's value in democratizing data access and fostering data- driven decision- making. Limitations include reliance on high- quality data and technical training.
