Directores/as: Miguel Cuerdo MirTourism is one of the most relevant economic sectors worldwide, with an important impact on the economic, social and cultural development of countries. Public policies play a very important role in influencing various aspects related to tourism activity, including taxation and the mobility of people, goods and capital. The aim of this work is to analyse how government policies, such as tax incentives, visa regulations and tourism promotion, influence the tourism industry and the economy in general. These policies can have a direct and indirect impact on the competitiveness of tourism destinations, travel demand and investment in tourism infrastructure, among other key aspects of the sector. For this paper, I have proposed to analyse in depth the impact of public policies through how the different regulations created by the government affect the tourism industry.engtourismpublic policiestaxationimpactmobilitycapitalfiscal incentivesgovernmentfiscal policiespromotioninbound and outbound toursimplanpolitical frameworktourism activityTHE EFFECT ON TOURISM ACTIVITY OF PUBLIC POLICIES ASSOCIATED WITH TAXATION OR THE MOBILITY OF PERSONS, GOODS OR CAPITAL.info:eu-repo/semantics/studentThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccess
