Directores/as: Vera GelashviliThe aim of this Final Degree Project is to develop a business plan for a restaurant in the city of Alcudia. The idea of this business is to disassociate itself from tourism as an entrepreneurial objective in Mallorca. We will create a space with the local population as the main target, where the activity of this business will be carried out throughout the year, leaving aside the adaptation to the summer season. The main objective of the premises will be to create a space for leisure, entertainment and gastronomy, with activities adapted to different age ranges. The process starts with an in-depth analysis of the market and competition which will help to identify the target public, to understand their needs and be able to provide them with an irresistible value proposition. Once this information has been obtained together with a good financial and marketing plan with a clear mission, vision and values, will enable us to develop a solid business. This project will also include the organizational structure of the restaurant, setting out the roles and responsibilities to ensure the efficient running of the business.
