Directores/as: Patricia Labrador BallesteroThe research study begins by exploring the concept of corporate culture, detailing its most relevant elements and how these are manifested within organizations. It proceeds to explore how multiculturalism and interculturality impact corporate practices and management within multinational companies. The study delves deeper into the challenges multinational companies encounter in maintaining a unified corporate culture, given the cultural differences among their members and the requirement to strike a balance between global cohesion and local adaptation. It also examines intercultural training, global team development, and corporate events as three strategies to promote cohesion and a sense of belonging among employees. Finally, a proposal for companies is presented that outlines guidelines on how to define, implement and monitor a corporate culture that not only respects cultural diversity, but also enhances competitiveness and efficiency.engCorporate cultureMulticulturalismInterculturalityCommunicationEventCORPORATE CULTURE IN MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES: STRATEGIES FOR INTEGRATION AND COHESIONinfo:eu-repo/semantics/studentThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccess
