Design and Method. A cross-sectional descriptive study of young university students with a current or recent partner was conducted. .eir lifestyle was analysed by administering a questionnaire that included the Multidimensional Scale of Dating Violence. Findings. .e percentage of women in both roles was higher but that of an unhealthy lifestyle (use of tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs, as well as sexual intercourse without condoms) favours violence, regardless of gender. Practice Implications.
