Directores/as: Lucía Galicia SanguinoThis study proposes a new business model to enhance the efficiency of the European agricultural rim and tire markets. It identifies key challenges such as compatibility issues between rims/wheel-systems and tires and complex inventory management, which reduce operational efficiency. By applying Porter¿s Five Forces and SWOT analysis, the study suggests marketing rims and tires as complementary after-sales products to boost customer satisfaction and reduce downtime. It also assesses current market leaders to develop a collaborative model that fosters technological advancement and strategic alliances, aiming to improve competitiveness and support sustainable agriculture.engAgriculture tireAgriculture rimsAgricultureRESEARCH BASED ON A SYSTEM OF ASSESSMENT TO GRADE AND SORT ALL EUROPEAN COUNTRIES BASED ON POTENTIAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR.info:eu-repo/semantics/studentThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccess
