    MANAGEMENT OF THE I GALIMENTA CONGRESS: PLANNING, ORGANISATION AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

    This project focuses on the creation and planning of the I Galimenta Congress, a fictitious event that has been designed to apply event management concepts focusing on the Galician agri-food sector. Through a detailed analysis and the elaboration of a complete strategic plan, all the organisational phases are developed, from the analysis of the context and the definition of objectives, to the logistical planning. In addition, a detailed comprehensive communication plan is developed, including the creation of the visual identity and the implementation of effective communication strategies. An analysis of the economic viability of the project is also carried out and the return on investment is calculated.
