Trabajo Fin de Grado leído en la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos en el curso académico 2022/2023. Directores/as: Miguel Portolés Reboul
In this End of Degree Project, we intend to compare current Spanish educational law Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 19 de diciembre por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación (LOMLOE) and the repealed former one, Ley Orgánica 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre para la mejora de la ley educativa (LOMCE), since these rules have set a rough break within our society. Ignorance of both laws has not been an obstacle to spreading a wide fracture between supporters and detractors. Political parties use them as an electoral weapon, the media distort them at their convenience and citizens allow themselves to be carried away by one or the other, showing an absolute lack of critical sense. Our aim is to know more in depth what they consist of and to draw some conclusions with theoretical foundations on the most controversial points about them. In addition to referring to a generalized comparison of these educational laws, we intend to deal with a very important topic, such as students with special educational needs (SEN) and equity in education. To carry out this work, we intend to study their strengths and weaknesses. This topic is very present nowadays and it could be said that many aspects are unknown. With this work we intend to clarify many of these aspects in order to really know the points in which the educational system is currently reinforced.
