EVOLUCIÓN DE DOS MUSEOS: PASADO, PRESENTE Y FUTURO.

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación propone un análisis respecto el pasado, presente y futuro de la gestión cultural y museística de dos instituciones culturales situadas en Madrid. Estas institu-ciones son el Museo del Prado y la Fundación Juan March, dos museos muy diferentes entre sí, contienen una relevancia cultural tanto en la actualidad como en la época de sus aperturas. El análisis que se propone se articulará en dos líneas: la primera historiográfica, tratará de in-vestigar los planteamientos museológicos e historia de estas dos instituciones desde la segunda mitad del franquismo a nuestros días. La segunda es un planteamiento práctico: se tratará de analizar su situación en el contexto de la crisis del covid, y así tratar de analizar el papel de las instituciones culturales en la cultura actual y del futuro. El museo del prado se ha convertido en sinónimo de la cultura del Estado Español. Analiza-remos su recorrido desde su fundación a sus avances en la introducción de las nuevas tecnolo-gías dentro de la burocracia estatal. La fundación Juan March, por el otro lado, fue fundada en el 1955. A nivel estatal, se caracteriza por su innovación con la utilización de las nuevas tecno-logías en su museología. Este trabajo, analizaremos ambas instituciones en su recorrido en el pasado como en un análisis de su futuro. Un futuro en las cuales el espectador será el centro de un análisis museográfico, siempre teniendo en cuenta las nuevas tendencias europeas. ________________________________________ This investigation proposes an analysis about the past, present, and the future of the cultural heritage and museum management of two cultural institutions in Madrid. These institutions are ¿El Museo del Prado¿ and ¿Fundación Juan March,¿ two museums vastly different, that still have the cultural relevance right now than when they opened. The analysis I propose will be articulated in two branches: On one side the historiographies, trying to investigate the dif-ferent approaches to the history and cultural heritage of the institutions; the second one is the practical approach, being an analysis of the situation of cultural heritage management in the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. This why we get an idea about the future of the management of both institutions. The Museo del Prado is a synonym of the Spanish cultural scene. We will analyze the institu-tions run, since the foundation of the museum to today¿s introduction of technology in the state machinery. The Fundación Juan March, on the other hand was founded in 1955. This institution has always highlighted the importance of technology and innovation in the creation of the exhibitions to the public. This analysis will give us a glimpse of the future of cultural management. A future where the focus will be on the visitors as the core of the management process, having in consideration to the new European tendencies in the field.
