dc.description.abstractThis project aims at analyzing the role of China in Africa from the economic, political, and strategic points of view following the establishment of the current People's Republic of China to the present day. With this purpose, the influence and Chinese practices in the continent will be examined, as well as the repercussions for the Western block. Several case studies will be provided to understand the importance of this matter and its connection with the shift of powers in the international arena.
