dc.description.abstractIn an era marked by digital transformation and technological innovation, my final degree paper goes into the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applied to business decision-making. Inspired by my curiosity about the development of emerging technologies and their ability to transform the business world, this work offers an investigation of how AI and ML are reshaping corporate strategies and operations. This work addresses everything from process automation, and market trend prediction to customer sentiment analysis, highlighting the importance of AI and ML in analytics and decision-making, in a data-driven environment. In selecting this topic for my final dissertation, I sought not only to understand the current state of this technology in current organizations but also to provide a perspective on its future evolution and practical application in the business world, as well as to understand the different challenges posed by its use. This work is an invitation to reflect on how technology is not only transforming the business world but also posing new challenges and opportunities. In this work, readers will find a combination of theoretical research and practical analysis, developed to offer a more holistic view of AI in the business context, and is intended to be a valuable guide for those interested in the intersection between technology, business, and innovation.
