dc.description.abstractThis work investigates in depth the history of the festivities in the town of La Roda, focusing on various aspects such as the concept of tradition. From its earliest records in the 13th century to the present day, the evolution of La Roda is explored in detail with a focus on festivities. A specific chapter is set aside to examine how festivities have evolved in La Roda since 1942, highlighting significant changes and adaptations over time. Additionally, the current protocol of the festivities is examined in detail, from the Court selection process to the culmination with the traditional parade and impressive fireworks.
