dc.description.abstractThis study aims to define the work expectations, preferences, and values of Generation Z with a special focus in Madrid, Spain. This research assesses their basic work expectations, including work-life balance, professional growth opportunities, and preferred work environments. Additionally, it exploresThe methodology involves a sample of young people from Generation Z residing in Madrid. Data was collected through a survey using structured questionnaires. This research offers a preliminary assessment of Gen Z perceptions and desires in a descriptive and exploratory manner. their fundamental ethical values, such as diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
