Trabajo Fin de Grado leído en la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos en el curso académico 2023/2024. Directores/as: Adrián Solera Alfonso
This final degree project is about how thanks to the activities and games carried out in physical education in early childhood education, they provide us with essential bases for motor and cognitive development, a clear improvement in children's own body, their health and sociability. Our daily life is based on physical actions that require a necessary body skill along with the knowledge of our own body, to know the healthy habits that allow us to take care of ourselves and how, through physical education, relationships with others can be improved. To do this, an analysis developed during my internship at the centre will be carried out and with the information obtained, the results will be analysed.
