Trabajo Fin de Grado leído en la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos en el curso académico 2023/2024. Directores/as: Pedro Martínez García
This Final Degree Project presents a didactic proposal for the 5th year of Primary Education based on the contribution of women to science. The main objective is to highlight the fundamental role that women have played and continue to play in various scientific fields, as well as to encourage the interest of both girls and boys in STEM careers (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). For the preparation of this document, an exhaustive bibliographic review has been carried out, analyzing various academic sources at national and international levels that address the issue of gender in science. Through this review, the main historical barriers that women have faced in this field have been identified. Likewise, the achievements and significant contributions of several women scientists throughout history are highlighted.
