EL ODIO CONTRA EL COLECTIVO LGTBI+ EN LA BÚSQUEDA POR LA

Abstract

A lo largo de la historia, los miembros del colectivo LGTB+ ha recibido un rechazo por una parte general de la sociedad por razón única de la consideración de antinatural de su orientación o identidad sexual o de género. Este rechazo ha llegado a presenciar el agravamiento tal de llegar a ser clasificadas como pecados o ser consideradas durante el siglo XIX como enfermedades, en otras palabras, una patología curable o un pecado mortal. En este trabajo se realiza un repaso de las diversas conductas hostiles a lo largo de la historia hasta la actualidad sufridas por el colectivo con especial hincapié en las denominadas ¿Terapias de conversión¿ (ECOSIEG). A su vez se analizarán los efectos nocivos de estas en el mantenimiento de una cultura de rechazo a la diversidad sexual y la perduración de una patologización errónea; y sobre sus víctimas. Pese a los grandes avances logrados en la lucha por los derechos LGTB+ aún se necesitan defenderlos, aumentarlos para lograr plena igualdad y continuar la lucha contra la discriminación. Through history, members of the LGBT+ community have suffered a huge hate coming from a general part of the society for the sadly reason of being considered antinatural their sexual or gender orientation or identity. This hate has come so far that their sexual preferences or gender identity has even been considered a sin or an illness (by the arrive of sigle XIX), in other words, a curable pathology or a deadly sin. In this Project we are going to analize the diverse hostile behaviours suffered by the community through history till nowdays, specially the well known ¿sexual reotientation therapy¿; the consecuences of this behaviours in the perpetruation of a culture of hate to sexual orientaton and gender diversity, the perpetruation of a wrong take pathology; and also, the effects these actions have in their victims and in the LGBT+ community. Eventhough, the fight for the LGBT+ rights have come so far, there¿s still a need to defend and improve them to gain equality and to fight discrimination.
