dc.description.abstractThis work explores the role of art in Pre-primary education, arguing that it is a useful tool for children's learning and development of the child. The research highlights how art enriches the curriculum and fosters creativity. Through a review of the recent literature and an educational proposal, this study demonstrates the significant impact of art and Art Education on children's cognitive, emotional and social growth, and how, by using art as a tool, different disciplines can be taught and, the objectives and competencies expected to be acquired at the Pre-primary Education stage can be fulfilled.
