USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR TO DIGITIZE PROCESSES: APPLICATION TO THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract

The influence of AI in the administrative sector, its evolution, besides the implementation of this technology in a town council with approximately seven thousand habitants. it starts with a theoretical introduction, writing about AI its definition, the evolution of this technology, the objectives of the project and some proposals which are related to the practical case. the second part, which is the case study, relates some models studied along the degree to analyse the feasibility of AI implementation in a rural town, the results would be of use to evaluate the acquisition of the objectives set in the project.
