Abstract
This project examines the development of the VIP area at Real Madrid¿s Champions League
matches. It focuses on enhancing the guest experience through exclusive amenities, premium
seating, and tailored services. The study also addresses logistical challenges and how the VIP
experience aligns with Real Madrid¿s brand standards to meet the expectations of high-profile
attendees.
