Resumen

Cultural events are an important aspect of any society. They provide a platform for people to celebrate their cultural heritage, showcase their talents and creativity, and promote cultural diversity. These events can take various forms, including film festivals, art exhibitions, traditional dances, and theatrical performances. At these events, people can experience different cultural practices, art forms, and traditions. This exposure can help to promote cultural understanding and foster a sense of community. This Final Degree Thesis focuses on the analysis of the organization and protocol used in film festivals, specifically, at the Cannes Film Festival. It transcends its function as a mere film event and becomes a celebration of cultural diversity, artistic creativity, and intercultural dialogue by showcasing films from various countries and cultures promoting intercultural understanding and appreciation of the richness and variety of world culture.
