dc.description.abstractGames for entertainment, betting, and a large number of games of chance have grown exponentially and continue to grow in recent years. Excessive use of this form of leisure can cause a disease called pathological disorder or gambling addiction, with variable consequences. The final degree project focuses on the prevention of pathological gambling in children, with emphasis on educational strategies, the importance of the family and school environment and early intervention to reduce the risks associated with the development of problematic gambling behaviours in children. the childhood. Its objective is to identify risk factors and create a gambling prevention plan in the third cycle of primary school, promoting healthy habits from an early age.
