Abstract

Protocol has always been part of society, but with the passage of time and the emergence of new technologies, it has had to adapt to these changes, but without losing its importance. As for the official protocol, the appearance of social networks has created a challenge for both organizers and participants, since several problems and concerns have arisen with respect to the privacy of those who take part in official events. Some strategies will be defined so that these official events follow the established protocol while being able to offer experiences appropriate to the current digital era.
