The main theme of this thesis is corporate events and their importance in today's modern business environment. Corporate events are meticulously planned and organized activities that seek to fulfill different objectives within an organization designed exclusively to meet the needs of the organizing company. These different objectives include improving internal company communication, promoting team cohesion, launching products, reinforcing brand image, fostering networking and establishing stronger business relationships, among others. In addition, the impact of corporate events on the organization is assessed. This analysis covers various aspects, such as strengthening organizational culture, increasing employee motivation and satisfaction, improving internal and external communication, and strengthening brand image and corporate reputation. In addition, it investigates how events can generate business opportunities and contribute to the economic growth of the company.
