dc.description.abstractA PESAR DE LOS ESFUERZOS INTERNACIONALES Y NACIONALES PARA COMBATIR EL TRáFICO DE MIGRANTES, PERSISTEN DESAFíOS SIGNIFICATIVOS DERIVADOS DE LA COMPLEJIDAD DE LOS FACTORES INVOLUCRADOS, LA FALTA DE COOPERACIóN ENTRE LOS ESTADOS Y LAS LIMITACIONES DE LOS MARCOS LEGALES EXISTENTES. UNA DE LAS PRINCIPALES RAZONES QUE AUMENTAN LA MIGRACIóN IRREGULAR A LA UE ES LA POSIBILIDAD DE ENCONTRAR EMPLEO SIN LA NECESIDAD DE POSEER EL ESTATUTO LEGAL EXIGIDO. ES POR ELLO QUE SE DEBE ESTABLECER UN CONTROL SOBRE LOS EMPLEADORES CON EL FIN DE REDUCIR AL MáXIMO DICHA PROBABILIDAD.
