Abstract

This research is focused on analyzing how digital transformation has opened up new ways and formats for financial transactions. Everyday operations that, for example, used to require a face-to-face visit to the financial institution and meant a waste of time for users and for the institutions themselves, have been replaced by the development of online platforms (Fintech), generally developed by technology startups that allow the interested party to carry out all types of transactions and simplify them, at any time of the day and with no other need than having Internet connection and a compatible electronic device.
