dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to analyse a historic and world-renowned club, Real Madrid C.F. This entity is not merely a sports club, but an organisation that represents values that have helped it to be a leading club in the sporting, social and economic fields. In order to achieve the objective of this work, to find out how Real Madrid, through a strategy of sustainability, good governance and transparency, has managed to maintain a constant and long-term growth, an analysis has been made of the main financial statements of the last few years and of the different strategies and projects of sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
