Abstract
Communication is vital for individuals and legal entities, including companies, institutions, and organizations. In the Third Sector, entities strive to address social issues and improve community welfare but often face resource limitations. This research explores volunteers' opinions on communication strategies and internal communication satisfaction within non-profit organizations in Madrid, as well as the potential for volunteers to serve as communication managers.
