BUSINESS AND CULTURE: THE ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS AT THE MADRID ROYAL THEATRE

Abstract

The Final Degree Project focuses on the organization of corporate events at the Royal Theater both the planning and execution of these events and the specific challenges presented by the historical environment of the theater. The relevance of this study lies in the growing demand for exclusive and sophisticated spaces for business events, and in how the Royal Theater (TR), with its prestige and versatility, is positioned as an ideal option.

The main objective of this project is to analyze the different types of corporate events that take place at the Royal Theater and the organizational process behind each one. To achieve this, the following research questions are posed: What types of corporate events are held at the TR? What are the main challenges in organizing these events? What strategies are used to overcome these challenges?
