Technosoil design and geochemical remediation in Lousal

Résumé

The restoration of contaminated soils in Minas de Lousal (Portugal) has been based, among other actions, on the construction of a soil (technosol). This presentation describes the goals to be achieved and the design methodology. Some of the difficulties faced in the execution of the project are also pointed out.
