APRENDIZAJE-SERVICIO: CUIDAR3D, MEJORA DE LA ESTANCIA HOSPITALARIA DEL PACIENTES ONCOLÓGICO INFANTIL A TRAVÉS DE TECNOLOGÍA DE FABRICACIÓN ADITIVA
Abstract
El Trabajo de Fin de Grado presentado utiliza la metodología Aprendizaje-Servicio para fabricar una pieza mediante impresión 3D, destinada a un paciente oncológico infantil. Esta metodología combina el aprendizaje con la participación social, permitiendo a los estudiantes aplicar sus conocimientos a necesidades reales de la comunidad. El proyecto se centra en la creación de una CHEMOBOX, una caja diseñada para cubrir y proteger la bolsa de quimioterapia de los niños, reduciendo el impacto visual negativo durante su tratamiento hospitalario. Los objetivos del proyecto se dividen en tres áreas: educativa, social y personal. En el ámbito educativo, se busca adquirir competencias en software de diseño industrial y fabricación aditiva. En el ámbito social, se pretende desarrollar empatía y responsabilidad social, mejorando la experiencia de los pacientes. En el ámbito personal, se persigue el desarrollo técnico y creativo de los estudiantes. El proyecto se desarrolló en cuatro etapas: diseño y planificación, implementación, integración curricular y personalización de la pieza final para satisfacer las necesidades y preferencias del paciente, contribuyendo a su bienestar emocional y recuperación.
