This thesis examines supply chain management in depth, focusing on different approaches to optimize operations and meet these critical goals. Streamlining tasks, increasing transparency across supply chain stages, anticipating and managing risks, integrating sustainable practices, and thoughtfully applying technological innovations allow organizations not only to uphold supply chain performance but also to control expenses and strengthen their market position. Through in-depth analysis of these methods, using both theoretical insights and case examples, it aims is to demonstrates how businesses can address the complexity of supply chain operations for long-term competitive advantage. By unpacking how diverse optimization strategies impact supply chain efficiency, this thesis presents actionable recommendations. Addition-ally, it highlights the importance of ongoing adjustments in response to shifts in market trends and technology advancements. In conclusion, this thesis expands on existing knowledge in supply chain management by presenting actionable strategies for process efficiency and cost control, empowering businesses to compete successfully in an interconnected global market.
