Abstract
This project aims to analyze and compare two significant mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the automotive industry: the merger between Daimler-Benz and Chrysler and the acquisition of Porsche by Volkswagen. The objective is to understand the strategic objectives, financial and operational impacts, and lessons learned from these cases.
