dc.description.abstractPityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) is a chronic disorder of challenging therapy. Atypical adult PRP (type II) is characterized by palmoplantar keratoderma, ichthyosiform scaling, and eczematous areas, often including intense pruritus. This variant is usually refractory to treatments and only 20% of patients experience clinical remission after 3 yearses
