This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of business incubators and business accelerators when launching any type of business initiative on to the market, with the aim of discovering whether or not they effectively meet the expectations of both job and value creation for society at large and, consequently, whether or not they are a profitable instrument to achieve this. The aim is to try to establish whether the results obtained from these organisations are a result of complying with the different dimensions of the relational coordination model.
