dc.description.abstractThe problem of 3D near-field source localization using virtual arrays is addressed. The proposed method is based on a spherical wave steering vector whose performance of 2D direction-of-arrival and range estimation is evaluated via MUSIC-based algorithm. Experimental results in comparison with simulation ones are presented to validate its efficacy
