Moreover, this article has a clear target from a double grasp, the first of this is the institutional one and the second is the perspective of individuals: to define straightly the principles and vital issues, among with its current situation of the minorities in the international order.es
dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo aborda la problemática en relación a diversas casuísticas sobre el germen de la creación del derecho internacional humanitario y el derecho de minorías. En este sentido, tiene un objetivo marcado desde un doble enfoque institucional y desde la perspectiva de los individuos: definir con claridad los principios y cuestiones clave, así como la situación actual, de las minorías en el orden internacional.es
