Abstract

The comedy of magic was one of the public amusements that more attraction cultivated in the intersection o the XVIII and XIX centuries not only for the sophistication of the plots but by the use of technological gadgets in the staging. Most of the instruments used to obtain the audiovisual effects are closely related with the evolution of the shows sonsidered as background of the film projector and configure the bases of the staging of the first films of science fiction.
