Abstract

This article tries to explain that Spain, after win the war of Sidi Ifni-Sáhara, was obliged to cede to the defeated country the territory that it had been conquered long before (1916) by the colonel Francisco Bens. It was due to the ineptitude of our diplomatics, the insensivity of the governings, the spineless-ness of the public opinion and the sckill of Morocco¿s King: Hassan II.
