VAST. Evaluation of the execution-visualization functional integration

Abstract

This document describe an observational and usability evalu- ation of VAST in the course 2008-2009. This evaluation was performed af- ter implementing the rst functional integration called execution-visualization. The results of this evaluation show that students like VAST but it is necessary to add new features as the second functional integration, annotation-generation-compilation.
