| dc.description.abstract | In this article, we explain how we applied team coaching and team emotional intelligence techniques to improve an outsourced IT team. The experience was conducted by an interdisciplinary team including experts on psychology and on IT lean/agile development. Main Highlights: - After some time, the sustainability of the culture of continuous improvement brought by agile transformations is threaten. - Team Coaching techniques can be applied to improve the motivation and performance of software development teams and address this kind of issues. - The application of such techniques need from coaching experts driving the process, which is structured into two main blocks: assessment and intervention | |
