Abstract
The digitalization and servitization of manufacturing lead to competitive advantages through
innovative digital business models. The increase in competition has led many manufacturers to
search for customized solutions through servitization. In the present study, a systematic review
of literature informs on how the field is structured and the key concepts are defined.
